• ▸The customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement area for the dumpster and ensuring the surface can support the weight of a loaded roll-off.
• ▸The customer is responsible for obtaining any permits required by their city, HOA, or property owner before delivery.
• ▸No hazardous, flammable, toxic, or otherwise prohibited materials may be placed in the dumpster. A current list of prohibited materials is available by phone.
• ▸Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited items found during disposal, extended rental periods, or rescheduled pickups.
• ▸Loads must be level with the top of the dumpster — nothing piled above the rim — for safe transport.

• ▸The customer must own the items being removed or have proper authorization from the property owner to have them hauled away.
• ▸Safe access to the materials must be provided, including clear walkways and adequate space for our crew to work.
• ▸Service may be refused or paused if site conditions are unsafe for our team, the property, or surrounding people.
• ▸Final loads are confirmed on site before hauling so the customer knows exactly what is being removed.

• ▸Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are provided — photos, descriptions, dumpster size, and project details.
• ▸Final pricing may change if the actual project conditions differ from what was originally described, including additional volume, weight, prohibited items, or access challenges.
• ▸Any pricing changes will be discussed with the customer before additional work or charges are applied whenever possible.

Do2Win Junk Removal & Dumpster Rentals takes reasonable care when placing dumpsters and removing materials. However, the customer assumes responsibility for the chosen placement area, including any wear, marks, or impact to driveways, lawns, walkways, or other surfaces caused by normal delivery, placement, and pickup of a roll-off dumpster.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do2Win Junk Removal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
